    All students are required to have a signed learning plan to participate in a distributed learning program. If you would like to discuss your course selection or any part of this learning plan you are invited to phone our office (250-635-7944) and make an appointment with an advisor. You can also make an appointment through email:

    This is NOT a registration application. This is only the Student Learning Plan. Fill this out when you are already registered in a course. e.g.: A teacher might have already enrolled a student in a course. The student Name, DOB, and PEN will be used to verify the student for the following SLP.
